Moschino for Furniture Week (Salone Del Mobile) - My Better Half

Anyone visiting Milan these days for the Salone Del Mobile (the famous design fair) should not miss the chance to witness the once again innovative windows of the famous brand, Moschino.

The flagship store in S. Andrea 12 is part of "Salone del Mobile" with the project MY BETTER HALF, a window display that is a wink for all those in anticipation of the Hotel Moschino.

The project presents a mannequin, a red lamp, a beige and black stripe sofa, a wooden chair and table which only half exist in the real world. The other half is only a reflection in a mirror!

The concept is designed on purpose to confuse the mind, by making one think "Does something exist because we can see it? Or does it not exist simply because we can't see it?".

According to the press release, it is a reference to an age old idea of two worlds. One is the concrete physical world and the other a world of intuition and sensations. The title asks 'Which do you prefer?'

All these objects are unique and will be sold in the store so grab them while they are there.
